Regional Cottages, part of the Wyndham Vacation Rentals brand were looking to re-define their six UK cottage holiday sub-brands to make them work independently. With each brand focusing on a particular region, such as Cumbria, Yorkshire and Northumberland, the concept was built on positioning them as the local experts. The people with the in-depth knowledge and experience to make your holiday extra special, whatever your plans. The idea was then brought to life through a visual formula – balancing regional hero imagery, with local colour and hidden gems, and of course, property imagery. This new proposition was taken across each brand’s full marketing mix, from websites and brochures to DM and local office POS.
